After our email, the same day we received 6 designs of the scarves and 3 of the pennants. The designer even called because there was a mistake in our text, good call! 3 weeks later, we received the items and it was even more beautiful than we had hoped! Jeez, this is not inferior to what I see fortnightly in the Ajax shop in the ArenA! We'll be ordering again soon.
My contact was via e-mail. The response was prompt and correct, and it was made clear to me in a straightforward manner what I had to deliver and what and when I could expect it. What was promised was kept.
