Nothing but praise as far as I am concerned. Asked for info in the morning and passed on the idea with some colours, very quickly changed the first design there and in the evening placed the order after some negotiating about the price. 2 weeks later we received the goods, despite the fact that there was still Christmas in between.
We had put the same question to a few parties, whether they would help us with scarves for our football club. Giacomo from Fandome Merchandising was the quickest to respond and his designs were super original! Not a standard pattern but a scarf that had been developed with our club logo as a starting point. And the sample scarf that came in the mail was also better knitted than those sent by 2 other suppliers. The choice quickly fell on this company and we will gladly return.
I am very satisfied with the cooperation with the staff of Fandome.co.uk. Unlike our dealings with German fan merchandise suppliers, nice and uncomplicated, quick action, good telephone advice. Sebastian speaks German as well as we do. Our carnival club looks great this session, thanks.
