Ordered from fandome for the first time last year. Received a free sample to see if it was what I had in mind. After this, I contacted them by e-mail and always got quick and thoughtful replies. This year I ran out of stock and e-mailed them again. They still had everything from last time so within 2 emails everything was arranged and within 2 weeks I had it! Couldn't have been better.
Despite coming with a very last-minute request at the end of 2021. Fandome was able to move very quickly and eventually deliver the scarves for our anniversary within 10 working days.
