We can advise everyone to have their scarves designed and knitted by the people at Fandome. After my e-mail, an employee called with a few specific questions and an hour later I received 5 designs. The guy had prepared himself very well by checking our website and club history. I chose a nice design and a few weeks later the scarves (and pennants) were there and everyone was happy. Ordered from fandome for the first time last year. Received a free sample to see if it was what I had in mind. After this, I contacted them by e-mail and always got quick and thoughtful replies. This year I ran out of stock and e-mailed them again. They still had everything from last time so within 2 emails everything was arranged and within 2 weeks I had it! Couldn't have been better.
