We can advise everyone to have their scarves designed and knitted by the people at Fandome. After my e-mail, an employee called with a few specific questions and an hour later I received 5 designs. The guy had prepared himself very well by checking our website and club history. I chose a nice design and a few weeks later the scarves (and pennants) were there and everyone was happy. Nothing but praise as far as I am concerned. Asked for info in the morning and passed on the idea with some colours, very quickly changed the first design there and in the evening placed the order after some negotiating about the price. 2 weeks later we received the goods, despite the fact that there was still Christmas in between.
