After our email, the same day we received 6 designs of the scarves and 3 of the pennants. The designer even called because there was a mistake in our text, good call! 3 weeks later, we received the items and it was even more beautiful than we had hoped! Jeez, this is not inferior to what I see fortnightly in the Ajax shop in the ArenA! We'll be ordering again soon.

Nothing but praise as far as I am concerned. Asked for info in the morning and passed on the idea with some colours, very quickly changed the first design there and in the evening placed the order after some negotiating about the price. 2 weeks later we received the goods, despite the fact that there was still Christmas in between.
