Ordered from fandome for the first time last year. Received a free sample to see if it was what I had in mind. After this, I contacted them by e-mail and always got quick and thoughtful replies. This year I ran out of stock and e-mailed them again. They still had everything from last time so within 2 emails everything was arranged and within 2 weeks I had it! Couldn't have been better.
The question was whether FanDome could deliver 100 printed, high-quality, self-designed scarves in 8 working days. "Yes indeed!" Was the answer to that. 6 Working days later, a box containing the 100 scarves was on the doorstep. As agreed! Price: Good Quality: Top Contact & Service: Excellent Highly recommended!

The quality of the product is good, a very customer-friendly company and super-fast delivery. So fast, in fact, that the pennants arrived before the e-mail saying they were on their way. So why not give it a 10, you always have to keep challenging.
